i'm from minnesota. i have three internet loans. advatage $450. star cash $300 yellow dale $200. plus their fees and 1 final payment of $130 to ezpayday cash i have closed my back account. will they negotiate with me? or is a debt settlement company better?

None of your lenders are licensed in MN. Subtract any payments you've already made to them from the amount they deposited in your account. That's all you owe. If you've overpaid, ask for a refund. You will need to send them an unlicensed lender letter similar to what you can find in this thread.
