I live in Iowa and have a loan with Big Sky Cash, I sent then a letter of Validation, in which they declined the letter, stating that they do not have to abide by our laws. What do I do next?

thatr dosn't matter.they are illegal, and will lie out of their ars.you did give the wage assignment revocation to your employer.if so then file AG,AND FTC complaints and ignore them when they call.as long as your money is secured, and your employer has the revocation letter.they can't do diddly squat, and talking to them is a waste of your time.knowing what i know now about your situation that is how you handle it.

They are actually correct if the loan originated on indian owned land. The federal fair debt collections act / federal credit report act does not apply to them. It falls along the same line as casino that they own, only indians can own and operate them so basically your paying the "house" when you take a loan out with these indian owned companies. They will come after you and they can use the laws of the tribe (which will always favor them unless you know the extent of their laws). Give you a little example when a friend of mine who was indian was stopped by a local sheriff dupty on a road that is on tribal land and he had a speeding ticket that was unpaid he demanded to be taken to jail by indian police. The dupty had to release him into the custody of the indian police who then released him. They have a very different set of law which are protected by our own government, and that's understandable given the past.:(

just another long winded bunch of BS from a humanoid/shill/bobo.the only part that has a speck pf truth is your last part.but even that isn't true.want to know how i know.because in the dells there is indian ground and the local police know where that is,and don't go near there unless called.the tribesman have plates like military vets that tell them apart from ordinary people.bottomline.if someone gives their employer a wage assignment revocation letter.the"tribal lender"is powerless.they won't/can't have anyone arresyed, and won't bring anyone onto their land.also their laws cease once they step off of tribal ground.so to close again just another trying to state the old"tribal loans are legal"garbage.not true, and never will be true. nuff said!!!!!!!!!!!!
