I have gotten into a snowball situation with payday loan companies. I have had to close out 2 banks due to the overwhelming amount of fees. I opened another account with a totally different bank and all of the sudden one of the loans was debited outrageously from my new different bank account. How did they get my new account information? I never gave it to them or authorized them to debit any money from this totally different bank account.

Also, they said that I am being sued and my wages will be garnished. Is this true? I am slowly paying them off. (Just paid one off recently) and working with another one in payments.

Did you apply for any new loans with your new account? These companies share info. You'll need to close the account or they won't stop. Who are the companies debiting you? Are they legal in your state? What state do you live in? How much did you borrow? How much have they taken so far? Also, what they're likely talking about is a wage "assignment." Most contracts have a wage assignment clause. You can revoke it at any time but you'll need to do it in writing (email is fine) and give a copy to your payroll/HR department at work.
