Do I have to close my existing checking account to consolidate my payday loans?
Do I continue to pay the loans while they are being negotiated?

No, you don't have to close your existing checking account to consolidate your payday loans. When you enroll in a payday loan consolidation program, the debt consolidators arrange a repayment plan with your creditors. The creditors are less likely to agree to work with the debt consolidators if they find that you are capable of making payments without the help of a consolidation program.
