1 credit card with over 25K in medical

My son and daughter in law are financially responsible and as far as I know have decent credit, but accumulated over several years 25 K in mostly medical expenses due to their daughter who has seizures. She is now on state program and completely covered for future expenses but her parents can't get ahead on a single credit card debt of 25K.
Can you help me to help them? If you have a program I will help them to get into it.

I just posted on forum and then saw the Expert slot to select.
