I am new here and very frustrated with my current financial situation. I live in the state of Louisiana and any help with how to get payment arrangements with my lenders will be greatly appreciated.
Nothing is past due as of yet but I cant pay these fees any longer. I do want to pay my debts but just on a payment plan and without the interest if at all possible.

They are as follows:
United Cash Loans-internet
Speedy Cash- internet
Plain Green Lending- Internet Installment Loan
Ace Cash Express-storefront
Paycheck Loans- storefront

I have not closed my bank account but I have already opened a new one in case I need to. What is the best way to start this process so that I may start to keep my hard earned money but still start to pay this stuff down?

First of all, check out the payday loan laws from the following page:

If the aforementioned payday loan companies are not legal in your state, then you are obligated to pay the principal amount only. If you are finding it difficult to keep up with the payments, then you can explain your financial situation to the lenders. They may agree to work out an affordable repayment plan with you. I don't think they will agree to eliminate the interest rates completely.

They may listen to your current financial obligations and issue a repayment plan with terms that suit your financial situation. At the same time, you may also opt for a debt consolidation plan that waives off or reduces your interest rate. Make sure you read through the terms and conditions of such plans before you enroll. Also check the accreditations of such consolidation companies before you enroll with them (e.g. check their rating with the BBB) in order to be sure of their service quality.
