I am trying to get a debt consolidation loan, but the bank i went to declined me because my credit score is low. How do i get a consolidation loan if my credit score is low? I pay about $1300 a month towards my debt and it seems as if its not getting any smaller. How can i fix this?

It is true. Most financial institutions/banks will refuse to offer debt consolidation loans to you due to your bad credit score. Try to fix your credit score asap. Check your credit report. Inform the credit bureaus about any inaccurate information you find on your credit report. Try to repay your debts asap. Keep on adding positive information on your credit report.

It is quite obvious that if you have a low credit score, no financial institution will give you the loan. So, if you want to get a debt consolidation loan, you need to improve your credit score. Credit score will gradually improve when you payoff your debt on time. To payoff your debt on time, you may get help from a reliable debt consolidation company. You may enroll in a debt consolidation program, which can help you to reduce your interest rate and replace your multiple bills with a single monthly payment.
