Who is this Christina? Is she a representative of the payday loan company or a collection agency? Is this payday loan company even licensed in your state? The entire thing seems fishy. Don't succumb to the threats. Contact the payday loan company directly and resolve the matter.

If this is a collection agency, tell them per the FDCPA, you cannot have calls at work!!
c,mon
this is a criminal scam.first you can't/won't be arrested.this witch did the dead giveaway with that threat.next since i'm certain this is an internet loan it's illegal, and therefore you only owe the 200.00.in fact if anything was debited that gets deducted from the 200.00here is what you do.
1)file a police report as this witch broke the law with the threat of arrest.
2)inform your boss and co-workers that this scammer is calling and to hang up on her when she calls again.
3)you do the same.the second you know it's her hang up without a word.
there you have it.anytime arrest is mentioned whoever calls should be reported, and then ignored.

Do what soaplady and paulmergel say; if they call back again and you feel like talking to them, do NOT admit over the phone to owing anything. Tell them per the law soaplady quoted they must send you something in the mail within 5 days (I think it is?) of contacting you by phone. Other than that, when you see the # on your phone or if you pick up and hear who it is, just hang up; they can't argue with a dial tone.
