Home Design ???? possible Chase CC

I have been receiving calls from 800-292-7508 asking for my husband and that it is a personal matter. I have googled the number and not much is coming up, cant even get a location for them, the lady tells me the company name is Home Design. Now my husband does have a chase cc that is collections but we are not paying on it till they respond to a letter we sent out. Can a company give out a false name when calling? Do they have to provide me with a address if requested? And has anyone here heard of them?

the number belongs to GE MONEY.while they are assigned accounts they go overboard with the calls.next time demand something in writing before discussing further.
