unauthorized withdrawal

this agency has withdrawn 100 dollars from my checking account without my authorization. i made a payment by my debit card 5 months ago and i guess they kept my number. no call back yet!!!!

Close your checking account, open another one at several different banks, (It's harder for them to trace) (smaller banksif possable) or if you trust someone with your monies open a checking account under their name ONLY. Under no circumstances give any debt collecter your personnal information (SS#,checking or savings account number) If you are trying to pay your credit card off call the main office that the credit card is with. Speak to the highest person you can in collections, tell them you want to work with them not a debt collector. Keep insisting, they will eventally take your monies. Again trust no debt collector, they are just out for thereselves. ;)
