I got Notice of Hearing of Superior court from 2 creditors,Citibanks is Order to show re:Monetary Sanctions, the other is from Nordstrom is Case Management Conference, dates are 15 days apart. What can I do for preparing these hearing, I am In Debt Settlement of Care One Credit for 21/2 years, was settled and paid off 7 creditors already.
please advice. Thank You.

I would be looking for the funds to pay these off asap. Settle with them now. They are going to want their money and they will both be looking at the funds you are currently sending to Care One.

Do not expect Care One to assist you....they should have warned you that this could happen and often does with Citibank.

We settle our debts, in part, in hopes to avoid exactly what you are facing. Sometimes we get them all settled without legal action. Other times one or more file suit. You will need legal representation for the court case to avoid a judgment against you for the amout of debt, interest and legal fees. Possibly you can negotiate a settlement at this late stage, but it will take money to do so. Good Luck.
