I just received a call from a Nicolas at 1st Source, rude message left for individual who was not me. I called back wishing to speak to Nicolas, and told person on the phone I was displeased by the message that was left on my machine. I asked what type of business is this? I was not given an answer, but was transferred to a supervisor. Enter Kevin, the call that disturbed me by Nicolas was rude, and not even to the person they were trying to reach. I stated this to Kevin, and that I wished to speak directly with the person who made the original call. They could not find him, at this point 40 minutes had gone by. I again asked what type of business is it which he represents, he rufused stating that he could not disclose personal information. I replied that I dont want the personal information, just what type of organization is it? He refused, and said my number will be removed, I insisted it was not enough, if it is the practice of all of the employees, or just this one to disturb me in this fashion, I wanted to speak with original caller. He refused, and said he could not understand why I was so upset. I told him, what state I lived in, and asked if the oyher individual lived in same state. I was told no. I then said, number that was called was to my state, and message left on my phone. best way to get through to these people is be very insistent, and don't lose your composure. Do not use name calling, as it gets them more fuel to be insulting back. I have recorded all information in regards to this contact, and filed complaint. I will be able to recite back all this information on any future calls I receive. Ultimately, I was never put through to the original caller, and the supervisor, finally wanted to get of the phone with me, assured me that number was removed.
