hi all, i also borrowed money from great sky cash, it was only 200 and todate ive paid a total of 729. i guess my question is that i live in Nevada, and i dont know if there is anything i can do about it. would greaty appreciate any answer thanx guys!

If the pdl company is legal in your state, then you'll have to pay the principal amount and the interest rates. If you can't afford to make the payment, then you can arrange an alternative repayment plan with your lender. If the pdl company is not legal in your state, then you only have to pay the principal amount.

this is an illegal lender.you need to either close,or put a hard block on your account.do not do stop payments as those never work.see the manager for this,but first go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS at the top of the paydayloan help forum.it gives you everything you need from template letters to complaint forms.follow the sticky every step of the way.btw since this is an illegal lender you only owe the principle,and you waaaaaay overpaid.stop their access to your account.go to the sticky,and you should be fine.
