Today myself (at work), my mother in law, sister in law and my supervisor have all recieved a call from a "locator" called Consolidated Mitigation saying they wanted to "find" me and serve me with papers to sue me for check fraud related to a payday loan I took out with Authorized "Payday.com" in June 2008.

The loan in question was an error on APD's part and was drafted in full from my bank account on 12/02/2011. I advised "Mike Pierce" at Consolidated Mitigation and was asked to fax in this info, so I did (bank statment showing ACH draft; reciept from agency I paid showing it was to satisfy my debt with APD). I called back to see if they recd the fax and another CSR said "it didn't matter because it wouldn't have ended up with them if it wasn't owed" and when I asked was told that she wouldn't/couldn't give me the "trackers" info who were calling me as they were hired by APD.

I called APD as well and they wouldn't speak to me about it. Very rude and short with me. I want the harrassing calls to STOP and want this rolled off of my credit report. I have faxed this to Consolidated Mitigation and APD today. I have also complained to the BBB and to the Online Lenders Alliance. Is there anything else I can do? I only have a fax # and phone # for consolidated mitigation and they haven't sent me anything by mail.

Thanks so much!
