I live in Michigan and I have five payday loans out for a little over 2000 dollars. The companies that are store front type places are check and go and advance america. i also have loans with LLS america and united cash loans as well as cardinal management llc. what are my best options for getting rid of these cursed loans? any and all help is greatly appreciated. i was kind of thinking of working with some sort of settlement company but i cant seem to decide on which one because i am worried that the one i pick will just be a scam and make things worse. help!

Payday lending is considered as legal in Michigan. But you should contact the Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Services in order to find out whether or not your payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state. If you find that all your payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state, then you can contact your local debt relief companies and apply for settlement.
