This company has called me repeatedly and says I must call back before 8:00 pm, and I have not called them back. now they are calling my Neighbors, my daughters, and my son about my whereabouts and financial condition. Any relief here??

If they don???t reply then forward them a C&D letter. After that, if they are still trying to harass you, then file a complaint against them to the State Attorney General or FTC.
