Getecash and Loanpointe

Hello i have a loan with loan pointe (getecash) and they keep calling demanding money. I asked if i could mail a payment in but they refuse only wanting me to us a debit card. They say they are going to garnishment my check and they don't have to be licensed in Oklahoma, since i searched for the loan i fall under Utah laws. How can i handle this. Also, i have repeatedly ask them not to call me at work but say they can do that also.
both are illegal everywhere
since these are illegal in just about every state(TN being the one where they are legal)you only owe the principle.please answer the following.
1)how much was borrowed from them
2)how much was debited by them
yes they must be licensed in OK,and they are not so please provide the info requested and we can determine how much if anything you truly do owe.
