well i went to court on 6-9-11and disputed the plaintifs claim I had sent a DV letter within the 30 day limit approx 2 months ago the plaintif is citicards of North Dakota who hired a debt collection law firm in my state of VA named Glasser & Glasser the judge asked me why i disputed the claim I told the judge right than that do not wish to continue without a lawyer but i would answer his Question I told the the judge that i sent the plaintif a DV letter and that he has not validated the debt or showed any proof of ownership i asked for a contract with my signature the lawyer didnt present anything to the court .the judge ordered me to file for grounds for defence which is a statement of why i believe the plantif doesn't have a good case and gave me another court date Sept 4th saying by that time the lawyer should have the papers I requested.so what kind of BS is this I tried to make the lawyer prove his case right than it seems your guilty until proven innocent any coments would be appreciated look out people the big banks are out get you

The case is going in your favor. You should be happy about this. Since the law firm could not produce any relevant documents in the court, so the court gave another date. You've got sufficient time.
