can you pay telecheck monthly payments

i went to walmart and un knowingly bounced a bad check in the amount of1764 know i dont want to go to jail or court i would like to pay this i dont have the money but i want to set up payment arrangements through telecheck walmart said it went to telecheck can i make monthly payments till its payed off plz help
