Pay Day Loan

:confused:This company called me on the phone, my home phone, with the caller ID saying "Private Caller". I answered the call and they wanted proof that I did pay this loan off. I told them that I paid it off to Gateway, which was a credit collector on both accounts, payd day loans for CMG and Extra Cash Weston. CMG took $120 on a $200 loan on two different pay dates in a row, and the same with Extra Cash Weston. CMG then tried to take out more money on the same day and I closed the checking account. They sent a collection agency earlier this year and I paid that collection agency $275 and $300. Now, this National Credit Adjusters after I picked up the phone when it said "Private Caller" they said that I owed them, and not CMG, but Extra Cash Weston an amount of $1,500 in interest. This is absolute highway robbery. I called a consumer company and spoke with an attorney and they said that they were a scam to ignore the call. They said that they would have me arrested, etc., etc. I am to report them to the BBB and to the FTC.com. Hope this helps. Can you check these people out more.

You should make a written request to them for validating the debt. I don't think they will be able to validate the debt. Don't pay any money to these scumbuggers without getting validation letter from them. Send a Cease and Desist letter to them if you don't receive validation letter from them.
