Just got a letter on aan account my wife has that I did not know about. It is for about 15,000 with FIA/BOA. who are these people and what do i need to do they have offered a settlement for 7500 already.

Does your wife really owe this account? You need to ask your wife about this. Check her credit report also. If your wife really owes the account and has defaulted on it, then you can negotiate a settlement with Bank of America. They are pretty easy to settle with.

Yes she does owe this but BOA would not talk to her they referred her to these people. this Credit Interchange said they do no own the debt just negotiating for BOA. They offered a settlement already for 7500. We are trying to get someone at BOA to talk to us. What should i offer for settlement?

Ok verified amount is correct but BOA will not talk to us they have charged off account. They do say they still own the debt though we have to go through Creditors Interchange to settle?

Biggest problem now is we can not seem to make contact with them. We leave messages but never get a call back?
