I borrowed $200, they have taken $90 payments since March 2011 and
now they are claiming I still owe $390...they never told me this.
The companies are United Cash Loans and US Fast Cash.
Let me know what I can do.

This is the main problem with the payday loans. You just get into everlasting hell. Anyway, check whether these 2 companies have the license to work in your state. If they don't, then you can pay the principal amount and get out of this hell. Otherwise, you can enroll into the debt relief programs to repay the loans.
both are MTE and illegal in every state
these are affiliated and illegal everywhere.that being said you only owe the principle borrowed,and thae debits get deducted from that.sounds like you overpaid on both.close your account now,and go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS.it has everything you need to get both of these illegals out of your life.

I agree with paulmergel; check info for your State re. dealing with illegal PDLs. Did you have a $200 loan with each company? How much have you actually paid back? You may have paid back the principle completely on each one or at the least just owe a small amount (certainly not what they're saying you owe)
