Hello, I have received several phone calls from someone claiming to work for a company firm called Cameron, Michaels, and Greenberg. The phone number is 800-469-7195. They claim to act a mediator for Tior LLC. Are these guys legitimate? The reason I ask is that I have searched for information about them online but cannot find anything. They say there is an civil affidavit filed in my name but they refuse to give anymore information beyond that. They did however give them my debit card number or my bank account info which I did do. Have you ever heard of this firm?

Thanks! That's what I thought. In fact, do you have any contact information for TIOR Capital LLC? I am also having trouble finding their contact info.

I was contacted by this firm and I was very skeptical of them, I thought they were another one of these scams you hear about. I actually have a friend who was also contacted by them and he said he also thought they were a scam so he told them he refused to do business with them, and they actually ended up suing him!! he was served while at work in front of his colleagues and ended up getting a judgment placed against him and had his wages garnished. After hearing this I contacted them again and said I would work with them to pay this off but I did want to verify that this debt was legitimate and that they did own it. I contacted the original lender, which was Pack Management Group LLC and I contacted National Credit Adjusters (NCA) and found out that this debt was valid and that Cameron, Michaels and Greenberg did own it and had the right to collect on it. I ended up setting up a settlement with them and got a pretty good deal I paid $400 on an account I owed $1125 on. So all I can say about this "firm" is that they are legitimate and they do own the debts they are contacting about. I am glad I looked into this because I would not want my wages garnished like my friend, I didnt think these guys actually had attorneys that sued people!!!...just some advice to any of you who are being contacted by these guys, they are legitimate but I would still verify that the debt is valid with NCA to make sure that they are allowed to collect on this debt. But dont take these guys lightly!! My friend did that and it ended up getting him in court!!

for one NCA is a bottomfeeder that has never taken anyone to court.plus i googled the name ad came up with nothing.so in short above me is just another long winded post packed with misinformation.nothing legit about either NCA,or this bottomfeeder.the only thing missing is the old(pay your bills)line.don't believe a single word you posted, but thanks for stopping by.

I, too, have been contacted by this place this morning. At least the second post above me was able to work out a settlement as they wouldn't do that with me at all. I stated what I could pay and all I got was a "That's not acceptable" and then got hung up on. I called back and spoke to a floor supervisor and was basically told the same thing. The problem is I have been laid off for the past three years and unable to find a job. I've been living off of side jobs and things that I can find and barely getting by. When I told the supervisor that and what I was able to do I was told "That is unacceptable.Be a man, get a job, and we'll see you in a month or two" and then got hung up. If this is legitimate this is the most unprofessional rude bunch of people I have ever spoken with.

Why did you contact national credit adjusters? Was this debt assigned to Cameron, Michaels, and Green by NCA? Are they a law firm? Just curious because I am dealing with NCA. I was told if the original loan was not made legally then they could not collect on it. Was Pack Management a legal transaction for you?

I also received a phone call where they left a voice mail (as I was at work) where they were threatening criminal fraud charges and a couple others I can't recall. They also contacted my employer making the same threats on the same day they called my home. I returned a call to them this morning and asked for a copy of the debt I supposedly owe and also asked why a debt collection company would be pretending to be a law firm. I told them I was unable to find any such law firm online and that all the information I had found pertaining to them resulted in claims against them. I was put on hold until the "assistant legal representative" returned to answer my questions. Once he finally picked up the phone he told me that being as I doubt the validity of it being a "law firm" I would be seeing them in court and then he hung up. It was Junior Cameron that hung up on me. I did try to ask him a couple questions but he kept cutting me off yelling until he hung the phone up. Maybe I am wrong and assuming things, but wouldn't a legitimate law firm be more willing to discuss the pending case with a person they are intending on bringing up charges against?
