Bank account

i have a couple of questions.

1)did you get anything in writing from said place
2)if not who is this place

you do not have to give them your bank info.the fact they demanded that makes me suspect you got nothing from them in writing.if that is correct then you don't pay until you get something in writing.even if you got something you are under no obligation to give them bank info.

I got a letter stating they have my debt from gas company, i talked to a rep once and gave him circunstances and when it can be paid. the second call demanded payment arangements or payment by sat or else. We worked out payment dates and ammounts and then they wanted bank info for withdrawl and I turned them down for that. Ill call them or they can call me but no one gets access to my bank account. they said the arangement we had was void and to pay by saturday or else. I shouldent be forced to give out private info. for a $200 debt.

time to contact the gas company about this.let them know your position.you want to pay,but not how the CA is acting.
