Chalk one up for the little guys

In January, I got notice of a suit in small claims court. I immediately sent a DV letter, and eventually got a very weak reply(for those who say it is too late, I completely disagree, especially in Texas). After a lot of help from the forum, I filed an answer and a counterclaim (always file a counterclaim. There are almost always some violations.). Today I got a letter from their counsel, requesting a mutual dismissal. I will respond this week, but could use some help on a good letter of settlement. I want to make sure it includes a trade line removal and release of future sale or assignment.

If anyone has been through this, and can give me some insight, I would appreciate it.

Also, if you are in Texas and need some insight or help, I am willing to give non legal advice to help if possible.
