I just received a letter from them stating that I owe a bill for US ONLINE AMERICA GROUP LLC. THIS BILL IS FRAUDULENT AS I DID NOT BUY ANYTHING AND THIS LETTER THREATENS ME IF I DISAGREE WITH THIS AMOUNT THEN I AM ACKNOWEDGING OWNING THE BILL. WHAT THE HECK IS THIS GARBAGE?

You should send them a debt validation letter in writing. If they don't validate the debt, then send a Cease and Desist letter via certified mail. However, if they send you a proper DV letter, then it is advisable to repay the debt.
