I am trying desperately to get out from these loans. Should I use Destination Debt Solutions? I have 11 loans and only need to get by till I receive an inheritance in Sept. My loans are with Mycashnow, speedy, oneclick,Mesa,TTG,Cash central,Shamrock, cashnet,United,Loanpoint and Ace. I cant find which are legal in Texas. I just know I have nothing left to pay....I cant pay rent any more Please help:oops:

Payday loans are legal in Texas. Nevertheless, you should contact the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner in order to find out which of your payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state. You'll be liable for paying only the principal amount to those who are unlicensed to operate in your state. As far as the licensed payday lenders are considered, you'll be liable for paying the principal balance as well as the late fees and other charges.

Check out the following link to know which companies are legal in Texas:

If you can't afford to make payments on the loans (which are legal), then you can enroll into a payday loan consolidation program. This program will help you consolidate your debts into a low single monthly payment.
