I went through moneymutual.com, to borrow money. the company instaloans contact me back.It was $400...I contact them months later because they were still taking money out of my account..These people had tooked over $1100. out of my back. then said I still owed $524. Sftrer I threatened to get a lawyer. I then recieved an email telling me my account my close. I want my money back. Is there anything I could do about this :mad:

You haven't mentioned the state you live in. If your payday lenders are illegal or unlicensed in your state, then you'll be able to get a refund for the extra money that they have debited from your account apart from the principal balance.

Even if the loan is illegal, you more than likely will not get your money back so dont hold your breath.

If the loan is acting legally, you owe the money. Payday loans are meant to be very short term loans...until the next payday. You allowed it to rollover and probably have paid a lot of fees.

Money Mutal is not a lender...it is only a broker.
