i have a storefront payday loan company calling me and threating me telling the are going to get me on check frod what can happen to me for not paying them on the loan can they presue check frod on me and if they do can i go to jail or something please help me understand this :(

You need yo call the Corp Office to report the employee. If that does not work, the call the State.
