Can my account be garnished while it is a joint account ?

I will like to know whether or not it is possible to garnish my account even though it is registered in two people's names. thank you

Oh yeah.....they can take it all. It doesnt matter who's money is in it, as long as your name is on the account and the funds are co-mingled, they can garnish it.
