I received a call from a Mr. Garza at PDLR stating they were processing a wage garnishment against me for a loan i allegedly took out at United Cash Loans. His phone number is 877-258-1108 ext 1160.These people are scam artists do not give them any money.Interesting that when I try to call them they don't answer but send it right to voice mail. Cowards.

Yep. A lot of consumers have made similar complaints against them. It is unfortunate that this company tries to make money by cheating people. Don't pay any money to them. They will do nothing. Go to the county court clerk office and check whether or not any case has really been filed against you.

that is UCL using an alias as all MTE d/b/a's do.being as they are MTE they won't even try to sue,but they will try to submit a wage assignment.those are voluntary,and revocable.draft a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter and give it to your hr/payroll person.there are templates in the DIY section at the top of the page.do that and ignore chumley's future calls.
