Contact for person who ceased to exist in 1994

I just received a call (on 27 June 2011) from Allied Interstate for someone who ceased to exist in June 1994. What can I do about this? How do I get them to stop calling me and my family?

Send them a cease and desist letter in writing with a copy of the death certificate. And maybe the address of the cemetery if applicable.
