Has anyone heard of this company RL Solution & Services? I received some phone calls at Home, Work and my Cell from a Bill Bradley. Also they faxed a request to my Human Resources department asking for information about me. On the faxed information request, there is an address PO Box 671 Forest Park IL 60130. Phone numbers are (414) 502-1125 or (510)629-3497. I googled everything I could think of and the only hit was one post for the number (414) 502-1125. That post stipulated that there was some type of payday loan money that was due. My Human resource guy said the form looked bogus and that he wasn't going to respond simply for the fact that they don't mention how they want him to respond. Any help would be appreciated.

Just got off of the phone with Bill Bradley. First I called him from my cell blocking the caller ID. After I told him that I didn;t owe the debt, we got disconnected. Tried to call him back and went straight to a voice mail. Then 10 minutes later he calls me back on my office phone. He says I owe Crown Lending $1,000.00 from a Payday Loan back in 2006. I can settle for $500.00. I asked him for proof and he said that I would have to go back and check my records! Also, if I don't pay, his "client" will pursue every legal avenue available in the state of California and even put a "red flag" on my social security number. LOL. Anyway I thanked him for the info and told him I would get back to him.

What? You asked Bill Bradley for proof of this debt and he told you to go back and check your records? I think not! Get his fax number and send him a request to validate this debt - via fax and certified mail.

Sounds like you acknowledge that you owe the debt, so you can also settle it, but based on his reaction to you and his lies, I'd probably not be inclined to simply hand him money in the form of a settlement. I have my doubts as to whether they'll be able to actually produce any documentation to validate the debt.

Best of luck to you!

"sounds like you acknowledge the debt".....?? And where exactly do you see that? The guy spoke with "Bill Bradley", denied the debt, and then said not one more word about that part of the puzzle......

You really need to stop posting assumptions around here. You are WAY too quick to pull that trigger. And this isnt the only time youve done this either. It needs to be the last time you do it.
