Does anyone have any experience with them? My checking account is in the negative due to a transaction I am disputing, but I have a payment to redstone cash scheduled to be debited this Friday. They are telling me they cannot cancel the payment and will proceed anyway, and my bank will not close my account because it is in the negative. Also, I know a stop payment will not help-- because they will just alter the amount and put through multiple debits. What do I do? If this goes through it will make the hole even bigger, as well as causing me to be charged more NSF fees. Please help!!!

first a couple of questions.

1)how much was borrowed
2)how much was debited thus far

you see being as redstone is illegal in PA you only owe the principle and anything debited gets deducted from that.now as for your account.see the manager and get the account put on DEPOSITS ONLY status.now it depends on the bank, but the status is temporary and the max i've seen is 3months.that will give you time to get the account even and close it.try to recall the info requested.

Already spoke to the bank they said there is no such thing :(
I'll try the manager tomorrow but it's hard to do while working

I borrowed 500 and have only paid 140, another payment for 140 is due this friday and i am more than willing to pay it via money order or something, but they refuse to cancel the debit from the account.

regular bank drones, and the people on the phone can't do DEPOSITS ONLY.the manager can and will.i got the same rhetoric from my banks 800 number.make the time.it's worth it to get control, and if redstone won't make alternate payment arrangements.that's their tough luck.you only owe the principle, and the 140.00 gets deducted from that.

Thank you. I'm going into the local branch today to speak with my manager at my lunch break. I hope it doesn't take all day, I've already missed so much work from time spent on the phone with Red Stone & also with my bank-- this has become so time consuming. I feel like there is no end in sight.
