Hi. I hope someone can help me here. I took out a loan with cashcall a few months back and made a couple payments, but unfortunately, I had other loans as well and the other loans, were even higher interest than cashcall. I have paid one of them off and have one left that is about 1800. They charge me $1 per day per hundred. I called into cashcall a month or so ago and asked them if I could have a few months to get these other super high interest loans taken care of so that I could put all effort into paying them back. Basically was told if I made a payment right away, I could defer for 1 month. Well, this did not help me, and I will be a month late as of the 1st. So, should I send something when I get paid in about a week? or, what if I don't pay it for another month or so, then send payments? I am not looking to just not pay, I need more time to get other stuff paid. What advice can you give me? When I first got this loan it was through Western Sky, and apparently they sold it to Cash Call. I live in IA. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

CAshcall and western sky are one in the same and based out of SD indian Reservation. Not sure what state you are in but they are not licensed to lend in Nevada and will tell you they are a soverign nation and do ot have to follow your states laws. In my state they are illegal and as such are null and void.

Thank you for your replies, but from what I understand doing much research on this matter, Cashcall will not work with any debt consolidation company. I have tried to go through a state registered ccc but will not work with them. I checked and Cashcall surprisingly enough is licensed as a corp out of CA through IA. I'm not sure if that means they are licensed to LEND in IA, but I know Western Sky is not licensed,. however, the attorney I spoke with said that the clause they use about the constitution of the united states makes it a gray area. I guess, what I really would like to know, is how to go about getting more time to start making payments again without getting sued or something. I need to figure something out by tomorrow. Thanks for your help again.

this is a dodge run by two illegal entities.first western sky being on a reservation is illegal in every way,and the lawyer that bought up it being in a grey area is a moron.western sky cannot bring up the fact that"they are not subject to US law"but then bring up the constitution.now i checked the IA AG,and IA DFI websites and found nothing on cashcall in either.so that makes them illegal as well.this is becoming a pattern.the illegal tribal loan procures the loan.then sells it to cashcall however since cashcall is only really registered/licensed in CA they are illegal as well.here is what you do.file AG,AND FTC complaints against both parties.inform cashcall you will only pay the principle citing the illegality of western sky as that is all owe truly do owe.do that asap.
