Wrong number

I have been called at least a total of 12 times by this company wanting to speak with a Hu Lyn. I am a white Caucasian female who has had my phone number for 7 years and have asked them to stop calling me at least 6 times. Every time they promise to stop calling. As of the message I was just left, they are not honoring my request. Who can I report them to for harassment and running up my phone bill.

I'm not sure what your race has to do with this post but, fyi - if someone has an asian sounding name, that doesn't necessarily mean he or she will have an asian accent.
