How in the world did MCM take $138 out of my account without my auth? And when I called the bank, which we called MCM together, the guy was rude and said he couldn't look up my information other than a social security number. I refuse to provide it, thus, a fraud claim was filed with my bank.

It's not that difficult, honestly. If you ever wrote them a check, they could retain that information and put through an ACH. Or, if the original creditor had that info on file and shared it...same thing. I would find out if I were you. And I'd ask the bank to assign you a new account number.
