Is this legit?

I am in the state of New Jesey and just got a call from Vince Enterprises. They are saying that because I borrowed $500, that I will be hearing from the Attorney General's office and that they are going to attach a levy/lein on my bank account. Can this happen?
not at all legit
since all pdl's are illegal in NJ especially vince enterprises your AG would not only not do what they said,but your AG would penalize them.their threat was illegal,and should be reported to your AG.also since they are illegal you only owe the 500.00 and any debits they call "fees"get deducted from that.file the complaint knowing no AG will act on behalf of an illegal lender in any state much less one where pdl's are prohibited.
