We have been paying for 2 years but they haven't dealt with companies and we just found out that it went out of business. Now we wonder what the heck where they put our money? We are out of 10K.. I'm so upset about it.

Sad to hear about your case. Do you have a copy of contract with you? Contact them and ask them to return your money. In the mean time, contact your creditors and explain then what has happened with you. In future, always research on the company before working with them.
