Can anyone tell me if global group holdings llc, midland companies, dma financial or qloot are legal in california ( Clearlake ) and if not how can i get out of these

I have tried to look them up with the California Department of C

I have tried to look them up with the California Department of Corporations but I am not sure I am doing the search right can some one help me find out if the following online lenders are legal in my state (CA) so that I can try and stop these ASAP.........

I have one with what I think is vip cash but the emails say qloot and DMA financial

and the third one is with pay day loan yes

Can some one help me with this asap as I am trying to stop them since the bank will not help me what so ever
