I sent a letter (similar to the one on this site) to Integrity Advance and here's the response I got:

"Please call customer service at the number listed below if have any questions, concerns, or wish to make payment arrangements on your account. That department will have your current loan files to review."

I specifically put in the letter that I would only communicate with them via email. How should I respond to their email? Do I resend the letter?

Thanks!

Even after sending Integrity Advance the letter, twice I might add, they still sent this. When will they get the hint?

YOUR LOAN IS DUE ON July 15, 2011

Thank you for being a Integrity Advance customer. Your loan of 500.00 from Integrity Advance, LLC is due on July 15, 2011. You have 3 convenient options for paying your loan back.

1. YOU CAN LET THE LOAN AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. All renewals are on your pay dates. After the initial payment, the next 4 renewals will only require payment of the finance charge. Starting with the 5th renewal, in addition to the finance charge, we will also take out $50 of principle This will continue until the loan is repaid in full, unless of course you select either option 2 or 3 below. NOTE: PLEASE REMEMBER, YOU CAN SELECT OPTIONS 2 OR 3 AT ANYTIME DURING YOUR LOAN REPAYMENT PROCESS

2. PAY THE LOAN DOWN IN PART. If you want to increase your payment so you pay the loan back faster, you may do so in any amount ($50 increments required), which will bring down the principal of your loan. Just call us 2 business days in advance of your pay date so we can make the change.

3. PAY THE LOAN IN FULL. Once again, just call us 2 business days in advance so we may make the change on your account. If you pay your loan off before your next pay date, you only pay the finance charge for the days the loan remains unpaid.

Based on the option you have chose, please make sure the money is available in the bank account listed in your application on July 15, 2011 to avoid incurring any additional fees.

If you have any questions or need any further assistance, we are here to help. Do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@iadvancecash.com or by calling 800-505-6073

Sincerely,

Customer Service

So I sent the letter for the third time and here was their response:

"Your account is being handled by our recovery department at this time.
please contact them directly as to your current records. Their number is 866-378-0084."

I responded back by saying that I needed an email address for their recovery department because I was only communicating with them on this matter via email. Here was their response:

"If you call the recovery number listed, they will be able to provide you with their e mail address.
We do not have that information at this location. That department is at another location.
Please call 866-378-0084. We cannot help you at this email address as your file is now with them."

Guess I'll call and ask for an email address. I will not be giving any personal information out.

If you get an email from them let me know what it is.

I never got a letter or anything from them, I did pay my principle loan back, but no more... ...I never got a PIF letter either after I sent my ACH revocation letters. - really, I never heard anything from them yet....

I called the number and asked for a general email address for the recovery department. The lady I spoke with said they didn't have a general email address, each person had their own. She gave me her email address (michelle2311@integrityifp.com), so it looks like she'll be getting hounded with my letters. Evidently, the letters were not included in my file when it got transferred to the recovery department.

Has anyone had any luck recently with Integrity Advance?

I sent my letter to the email address above (Michelle) and today I received a call from a guy named Lamar with Integrity Advance asking me to call him concerning my account. In my letter, it clearly states I will only communicate with them via email. So what do I do now? Do I send an email back to Michelle and ask if she will provide me with Lamar's email address since that is the only way I will communicate with him?

Any feedback is appreciated.

I took out a $500 loan, paid back $360 so far. I'm in New York and found out it is illegal, however, I cannot close my bank account. I had a BK last year and need this account and I've had it for a long time. What do you recommend I do?? I don't want to alert them because then they'll try to take the entire amount out. I can file an affadavit with my bank saying I didn't give them permission to take any money but these companies send the bank my esigned contract and then the bank doesn't stand behind me because they do not know it's illegal.

I received a call today from 1-800-505-6073. They left no message, so I looked the number up and it was Integrity Advance. Guess they tried to take out their money on Friday and just realized it didn't go through!! Guess I will send another letter to both email addresses I have and make it known to them that I will only communicate to them via email. I will keep everyone posted.
