Payday Loan help in Illinois

I have really made a mess of my PDL loans. I need to find out what to do to resolve this.

I have loans with:
United Cash Loans 500.00 pd 300 in fees
Ameriloan 350.00 pd 360.00 in fees and 65 on principle
500fastcash 400.00 pd 240.00 in fees
Paydayloanyes 350.00 pd 210.00 in fees
DJR Group LLC 250.00 pd 75.00 in fees
Titan Group LLC 250.00 pd 75.00 in fees
Check Advance USA 200.00 pd 23.99 in fees

I want to find out if they are legal in Illinois and how to make arrangements lower my payments.

You need to contact the Illinois Division of Financial Institutions in order to find out whether or not your payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state. If they are licensed to operate in your state, then you should contact a debt relief company and apply for payday loan consolidation. This will help you in consolidating your debts and lower your monthly payments.

Ameriloan is not legal in US.
United Cash Loans is not legal in Illinois
You can find out whether or not the other companies are legal in Illinois from Division of Financial Institutions. You can pay off the legal payday loans through payday loan debt settlement program.

Payday lending is legal in Illinois. You can contact with the Illinois Division of Financial Institutions to know whether or not payday loan companies from where you have taken the loan are licensed to operate in your state. If they are licensed, then you will be responsible to pay the principal amount with interests and other fees. Otherwise, you are required to pay only the principal amount. If your financial condition doesn???t permit you to repay the debts in full, then you may take out a secured loan to repay your existing debts. The interest rate on this loan is lower as compared to the payday loan.

every lender except maybe the last one are illegal in IL.so go to the sticky titled(dealing with illegal lenders)it has all the info you need to get these out of your ilfe for good.
