Got a few calls from....

At work and on my Cell, could not understand a dang thing this guy was saying, I heard "legal matter" and "good luck" - (probably two phrases they practice most on).
No idea what company he said he was with, could barely understand it when he said my name, I do wanna talk to them and see if I can get a company name and address from him - but I cant understand anything. Im sure its some sort of scam, illegal CA, and would never give them a dime, but I cant even mess with them, because of the language barrier.
Anyone have any idea who this could be.
I did an online search, it appears to be a scammer (you're right
I did an online search, it appears to be a scammer (you're right, the garbled English and the "good luck" are dead giveaways!") If they call back, hang up on them.

This is definitely a scam. I get these type of calls every week
This is definitely a scam. I get these type of calls every week. When I call them out on it, they get mad and hang up on me. Whatever you do, do not send them any money or verify any information for them.
Don't Waste Your Time
I get these same types of calls. They are very intermittent. They won't call for a few weeks or month and then BAM, they call daily. It's always the same story "there's a complaint against my SS # and if I or my retained attorney don't call them back, then all they can do is wish me good luck as the situation unfolds upon me". I can barely understand anything they say as they all have a very thick India accent with very American sounding names: William Hunt, Larry Davis, etc. They typically state that they are from Anderson Law Firm or the Legal Department, blah, blah, blah. Bottom line...they are a scam!
