this website is awesome! i have tried to follow some of the info but am still not sure. so will relate what i know of my situation and see what feed back i get. i have the following loans, i know pdls are legal and i know they allow 3 rollovers, but what are my options after that? i cant afford all i am paying and need to reduce it, but cant close the acct they are on.
us fastcash dep 500 in mar have paid 150 x 4 times
cashnetusa payday 1150.00 mar paid 298.53 x 2 times
nls (signmyloan) 500.00 april 101. paid x 3
eastside june 300.00 first pymt just defaulted (150.00) they are telling me i have a 600.00 bal. due date was 27th they didnt debit on time and i got overdrawn and it went back.
i want to pay i just cant afford everyone. i also have plain green 800.00 first pymt due in july install loan.
any help or advise is appreciated at this point


You haven't mentioned the state you live in. Unless you mention that, it will be difficult for us to let you know whether or not your payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state. If they are not licensed, then you will be liable for paying them only the principal balance. I completely agree with Anna. If the payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state, then you will have to pay the principal amount with interests and other fees. Otherwise, you are required to pay only the principal amount. If your financial condition doesn???t permit you to repay the debts in full, then you can negotiate with your lenders. You may try to consolidate the debts on your own. If it is not possible for you to negotiate yourself, then you may get help from a reliable debt consolidation company.
