SOAPLADY here is the skinny.the OP got a letter from p.scott lowry about an alleged debt.at the time it wasn't on their CR.the OP sent a DV letter ceritified mail return receipt.p.scott lowry responds to the DV by reporting on their credit after the DV lette was received.that is considered collection activity.an 1 if there ever was one.can't call up their original thread,but i think it was titled 92 days later,but p.scott lowry did violate the FDCPA by posting on their CR after the DV letter was received.
