Stuck in the Payday Loan Cycle

I know I'm not the only one stuck in this cycle, but I still feel like a fool. I just got paid and my whole paycheck is going to payday loan fees. What do I need to do to get out of this cycle, other than stop getting payday loans. I need guidance on how to get these people to stop taking money from me. I live in Louisiana and I've checked the laws, apparently none of the individuals I'm dealing with are licensed here. They all charge outrageous interest rates, how do they get away with it? I just want my life back.


Lending of pdl is considered legal in the State of Louisiana. To know whether or not pdl companies from where you have taken the loan are licensed to operate in your state, you can contact with the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions. If they are not licensed in your state, then you are required to pay only the principal amount. Illegal payday lenders don???t have any right to take any legal action against you.
