We have been getting calls from a Mr. Lynch for sometime now and do not return the calls because we are aware that you DO NOT have a debt. How can we be removed from the annoying calls that we receive?


Hi,

Simply ask the person to stop calling you as you are not the person this person is trying to reach. If still the calls do not stop, try to get the name of the collection agency and send them a cease and desist letter stating that you are in no way connected to this debt. So, the calls should stop, or else you can sue them. However, make sure that you actually owe no such debt.
