can this company garnish your wages? specifically for a payday loan??


how about providing a couple of things please.

1)who is they
2)what state you are in

You haven???t mentioned the name of the company. If the company is not licensed to operate in your state, then they don???t have any right to take any legal action against you. If the company is licensed and you default on the loan, then the lender may file a lawsuit against you. Once the court issues a judgment against you, then the lender can garnish your wages.
