Has anyone heard of them? They are supposed to be representing cashnet USA and faxed our payroll dept a faky form saying they want to confirm my employment for WageGarnishment. I have an email into Cashnet and contacte FTC - I will contac legal aid if they don't stop - they said tonight will be public record....

Barbara

first off any legit garnishment would be done through the courts, and your employer would get the notice from the courts certified mail.use that fax if you have it to report this piece of garbage to the FTC as well as your state AG.never heard of this bottomfeeder, but i can tell bottomfeeder from their actions.report them asap.btw i hope your employer didn't acknowledge this as they are not obligated to do so.

No, someone was smart enough to put the fax on my desk, but it was embarrassing.
This company wrote me saying I owed $950 to CashNet USA - I am sure I do not - so I wrote them and asked them to send me statement and payment record - I sent it with their form and window envelope, using their address from their own form. It came back to me in the mail as undeliverable with no forwarding address.

I have given them verbal notification that they are not to contact me at work. They ignored it. I filed a complaint with FTC, contacted cashnet usa who said they would respond in 24 hours and five days later still have not -

Not sure what I can say to these people to convince them they are barking up the wrong tree....they sound professional and intelligent - not those foreign people with the american names - but their tactics are mean and aggressive.
