Need help trying to figure out which PDL's are legal in Florida
American Web Loan: Loan 700 Paid: 420
Loan Shop Camden: Loan: 700 Paid: 420
Ameriloan: Loan: 400 Paid: 240
VIP Loan Shop: Loan: 400 Paid: 300
Westgate: Loan: 300 Paid: 180

Looking for advice to stop this crazy cycle!

Pdls are considered as legal in the state of Florida. You can get information from the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, whether or not pdl companies from where you have taken the loan are licensed to operate in your state. If they are licensed, then you will be responsible for both the principal and interest. Otherwise, you will have to pay only the principal amount. If you are in a financial crisis, then contact with your lenders and negotiate with them. You may try to arrange a better repayment plan with them. If they don???t agree to negotiate with you, then you may get help from a reliable debt relief company. To know more about the state pdl laws, glance through the following link:

since all are illegal in FL you only owe the principle.you take the amounts you paid so far and deduct that from the principle.go to the sticky titled(dealing with illegal lenders)at the top of the payday loan help forum.it follow it and don't skip steps.i have seen that where a couple of guests sent the letters and didn't close/secure their accounts.the pdl's will drown you in red ink.anyway gop to the sticky and again follow it step by step.you will get these places out of your hair.

Hi,

If you want to stop the cycle of payday loans, you can rather go for payday loan settlement. You will have to pay an amount that is much less than what you actually owe your creditors and this will ensure speedy financial recovery. To know more about payday loan settlement, you may visit http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan-settlement.html

Hope this helps you..!!
